  • Form Accuracy Check – Confirm form completion, match patient details, and flag missing information.
  • Authorization Verification – Validate patient consent and ensure proper signatures and dates.
  • Status Review & Next Steps – Determine request status (e.g., payment pending, awaiting provider signature) and take necessary actions for timely processing.
